We know you want your Bluelene order as quickly as possible and are working hard to meet your expectations. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Standard USPS shipping within the continental United States is free of charge for orders over $34, and delivery takes 3-5 business days. Expedited and international shipping are available at a discounted rate and charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders placed late on Fridays, weekends and on holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email including tracking information for your order. If we are experiencing any delays due to high order volume, we will notify you via email.
Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to accept the package from the carrier. If an order is returned as undeliverable, we will reship the order once the customer has paid for the new shipping charge.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are flagged by the Shopify system as high risk for fraud, if we are unable to contact the customer for verification.
We ship to all states within the continental US. International shipping is available to all countries, except those embargoed by the US.
