Making an O shape with your mouth, covering your teeth with your lips. Smile as wide as you can before returning return to your neutral expression. Repeat this for six times. 5) The Neck Massage

Tighten your neck skin and feel young again by looking forward and then placing your fingertips at the top of your neck, massaging your skin up downwards. Then with pressure on your neck, open and close your mouth. Do this for 2 minutes.
